Distraction is normal during adaptation, especially for children with ADHD. In the first 2–3 sessions, short pauses and 5–6 minutes at a time are fine, then gradually increase.
If the child can't focus for the full 15 minutes, you can split the session into shorter parts (5–20 min), keeping regularity and intervals.
Create a calm atmosphere: reduce noise, put away bright toys, sit nearby if needed.
Quiet play or drawing while listening is acceptable.
Patience and no forcing. Concentration improves over time.

If the child feels unwell or has any illness — pause sessions temporarily. With mild symptoms like a runny nose and otherwise normal state, listening can continue.
After recovery you can resume without an extra recovery period. If the pause was long, contact support — we can help rewind to earlier sessions.

A computer, laptop, tablet or phone works. We also offer sessions for VR glasses on the phone.
For listening, ordinary headphones are needed — over-ear models are more comfortable and safer for children.
The course runs in the browser, no extra app, and works on common operating systems.
